Once confirmed, custom orders are final and non-refundable. Timeline, fittings, and delivery are managed directly through our website.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines and methods are discussed and agreed upon during the ordering process. It may take up to 7-10 working days to dispatch your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your air waybill number to track your package.
